Had an awful experience with robins and day at Hatfield. I would not recommend anybody to visit this dealership for any maintenance on their vehicle. I was informed that I required works that was not covered under my warranty. I therefore refused these works as I was told that they might not fix the original issue with my vehicle. I then collected my car and immediately took it to another Peugeot dealer where I was told that my vehicle would never have required theses works that I was quoted for. I could have paid out for these works that would not have been required.
I have brought 2 new cars from this dealership and have never had a problem. The staff have always been friendly. I have brought a new car from here only recently and had Giuseppe at Peugeot sell me my 208 GT LINE. Guiseppe was brilliant, was patient with me and answered my questions. Would definitely recommend him to anyone!!
I have used Hatfield Citroen to purchase my cars over the last couple of years and I am amazed at the transformation of the dealership and in the helpfulness of all the sales staff. Great atmosphere and great coffee.
Pathetic service, had a drop and wait service for 11am, despite arriving 30min before time my service was not completed until after 3pm.They recommended the service to me, I was happy to drop my car and leave it until 4pm, just wasted my day for something I was told will take 1hr to a maximum of 1hr 30min. To make matters worse I think the service assistant forgot about me, had to go and as for update everytime.No wonder a woman was shouting to them when I arrived to drop the car. You need to get your act together, don't over sell your services.Happy the car was cleaned though.
Amazing place... amazing staff! First of all i would like to say million thanks to Mr Alex Holding for helping us to find the perfect car for us! Thanks to his guidance we got better than a perfect car for our needs! The Peugeot 5008 GT Line is gorgeous, i fall in love from the first time i saw it! Highly recommend this place, definitely you will not come empty hands out and with one of the best offer on the market!
