Had booked appointment. Rude. Approached several times to remind them of our appointment. Walked out after waiting for an hour. No apology. Did not seem to care. Definitely not giving them my money for them to earn commission. AVOID!

This was about 2 years ago, for some reason they have 2 different profiles on google. Contacted Seat Hatfield today, advised them of a car I wanted to test driver, gave them the reg number of the car. Was told to arrive at 16:00. I did arrive early, I waited till 17:00 before i got to see someone just to be told that the car I want to test drive can not be allowed on the road as it has not passed its 6 point test. What nonsense is this, not only did you waste me petrol to drive to your location, wasted an hour of my time and got stuck in peak traffic. Pathetic service. Ill be going to Skoda.
