My first experience with Lexus at Hatfield and what a pleasant experience. I had a Lexus recall appointment and I was called to remind me the day before. I was given a courtesy car and had my car cleaned all part of the service. They advised me of other work required which was really helpful and they fixed a piece of trim free of charge.The whole experience, atmosphere and quality of work was great.

Had a great experience at Hatfield Lexus during a major service on my Lexus this week. Nothing was too much trouble and the communications by the garage were excellent. The service staff were very knowledgeable and interested in my car. I was sent a video of my car in the workshop providing me a video health check which was good. James arranged everything as agreed and my car was ready the same day. Thanks very much, great experience!
