Bought a new Q2 from here in September straight after walking out of St Albans Toyota. A huge difference in service through non pushy sales men and great aftercare! Would recommend...
Good customer care although had to wait both ends of the day for 30 minutes. Nice showroom. Was allowed to bring my own oil which kept costs down. Courtesy car insurance cost 12.00 but worth while for peace of mind. Overall I am happy with the service received from Hatfield Audi.
Always a good service but second time now where they under estimate the time when booking it in for service. First time said 1 hour and 30 mins and took 3 hours in June and today said it will take an hour I even triple checked with them and took nearly 2 hours. Rather them just tell me a realistic time, especially when you have other commitments. Today they also said my car was just being washed and wont be much longer and when I received it wasnt even washed.
Let down by Hatfield Audi big time!I found two second hand Q5s - one in Hatfield Audi and another one in one of the independent local car dealers. Went in to get detailed spec of both cars to compare, but was told that because I dont own those cars they wont print any details for me. I explained that I dont need personal data and that Im only looking for vehicle technical details and how the car was build, with what options etc... nothing. Apparently the law has changed and although I explained that they did that for me in the past at least 4 times, apparently now I need to have a V5 doc and own the car to get the spec of any car. I phoned another Audi dealer and got it all sorted in less than 5min, Ill be picking this up tomorrow. I also phoned Audi UK and asked about this new law - no such thing! Also spoke on the on-line chat to one of the representatives and they provided me already with most of the tech details for that car. Not a single mention about new law, V5 or ownership of the vehicle.It was just a waste of time driving to Hatfield Audi hoping that I will get what I needed. I decided not to even look at the car they had if they couldnt print out those details for me and left.How do you guys sell cars without providing technical details of each vehicle to anyone because they dont own those cars yet?The cars are awesome, currently own two, but I really had enough of the shocking customer service performance in Hatfield Audi. Ill take my money and cars somewhere else from now on.
