I don't know how these guys sell any cars. Interested in test driving a Jaguar I Pace I called Grange Jaguar to inquire into a test drive. Reception went off to see if this was possible and came back to say it was. We went there and after waiting around for a good 20 minutes were were told it was not and we could come back the next day. I called again the next day only to be told it was not possible and I should try again during the week. Ah well I guess I'll be replacing my Tesla Model S with another Tesla.Hi Simon, No problem, I tried to get a test drive for today but had no luck, you were in a meeting when I called and Graham? had an appointment so couldn't fit me in. I managed to get one at Lancaster Milton Keynes.
Jaguar sales person Hugh was open and honest throughout the whole buying process constantly checking everything was ok - great service.
Stuart was very helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. Very considerate and did the utmost to ensure that the experience was as smooth as possible. Great help all round.
A fantastic new showroom full of desirable Jaguars ( and Land Rovers) can be viewed here. I found everything you could expect from a prestige brand including professional and thorough sales personnel. Even my 89 year old father felt at home when I picked up my new car. I felt very welcome by all staff including the accessory, parts and servicing people I spoke to whilst picking up new mats. I think I'll be popping back every now and then to start dreaming about my next Jaguar
