Fantastic vetinary practice. The medical care & advice received is always exceptional. Annette is the best vet I have ever used in all my years of keeping small furries. The support team are also kind & caring. I wouldnt take my pets anywhere else.
I can only say my young daughter loves seeing the rabbits, guinea pigs, fish etc!
Awful and avoid. Not friendly. No sense of urgency nor any respect for peoples time. A real couldnt care less attitude by the receptionist. Waited over 20 mins to simply pay for treatment whilst my dog suffered with a high temperature and injured leg. If they cared about their clients, surely they would find a better solution to meet just the minimum standards of customer/patient care. General hygiene and cleanliness also poor.
