Very friendly and knowledgeable vets and nurses. Always felt welcome and dealt with professionally. Contact is good with updates and reminders via text and phone. Only thing is to make sure you have adequate time on your parking as only the first hour is free in the local retail park

Been taking my Bichon to Bishops for over 6 years now and every visit is a pleasure - not usually something people say about visiting the vet! I usually see Catherine who is wonderful. Makes everything so simple and is so kind to us. Prices are reasonable and Im not pressured to buy everything. Im part of the Pet Health Club which has been a godsend to keep up with the costs of keeping my dog vaccinated and in full health. Also so, so helpful when it comes to pet insurance claims. Thanks for always having our best interests at heart.
