My 7 mth puppy needs surgery for bilateral ectopic ureters. The vets at this hospital have the specialist skill to carry out this procedure with laser surgery. I am pleased with the way the referral and liaison with my local vet was managed and how well Ruby was cared for here. Thank goodness for these hospitals that keep our furry friends well.

Best place you can take a sick pet. They really know what they are doing and they don't charge the earth. You may be required to work with some students but they are all very nice and are working for the good of the animal. My dog has been very ill for over a year and they have saved her life many times during that period. Worth getting a referral from your vet for any of the more complex problems/illnesses your pet may have.
Fantastic service and veterinary care. My injured ktty was referred as an emergency on Monday morning and had been in their ICU for 4 days, He came home yesterday and is well on the road to recovery. Friendly helpful staff, good communication (several updates daily), exemplary medical care and nursing. The bill was a nice surprise too, much less than I was expecting for all the care, intensive nursing and treatment he received. I cannot thank everyone enough for helping my boy (special thanks to Georgina and Poppy, as well as the dedicated nurses who were involved in Jasper's care) I would highly recommend the QMH, but in the nicest possible way, I do hope not to need their services again anytime soon.... I have more than a few extra grey hairs, coming so close to losing my fur baby!
Fabulous! Ive unfortunately had to take a couple of my dogs on various occasions to this hospital. However, Im glad that this hospital is my local vets out of hours. Its a lovely and new hospital. And Ive always had a friendly reception and treatment from staff.
