Amazing agents. Honestly couldn't ask for a better one out there. Maintenance team is amazing. They get the job well done and fixed as soon as they can. Very positive attitude and explains to the tenants what has been repaired etc. they deal with the rat problem better than what the council is doing. Props to maintenance team and everyone in the company! :D
Been with Strats for three years in two different properties. They've always been very patient, and clear about everything. No hidden costs. They do try and make things as easy as possible for you as students and are understanding when it comes to most things. The best thing about Strats is their maintenance team, particularly Matthew. He will come sort stuff out for you quickly and is always smiling. One of the nicest people you'll meet. Also very easy to get in touch with all of them and they are great at getting back to you!
