They arent open at weekends, dont return your calls or messages and dont advise when properties are under in offer which is unethical in order to collect client details and put potential buyers under pressure to speed up sales (if you dont find a buyer for your then well move on to the next on the list) Make promises that the dont deliver on. They are only really interested if you want to sell through them to line their pockets. Also Janet Holt is always on the phone or otherwise engaged never returns calls either. Receptionist would be brilliant at a doctors surgery if you know what I mean. Really disappointing. Id avoid if I was you!
