Very disappointed! Poor communication and held my deposit for an extra month. Be aware that you will be charged 75 cleaning fee from your deposit which I think is a rip off...

hated renting the house with them! they are very ill mannered and has no consideration towards their tenant. They only care about MONEY rather then the comfort and safety of their tenant, for example, if we have an enquire about something they reply very late with less or no helpful information. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Dont even want to give them a rating
Sam helped us with our move and despite the referencing company taking a bit longer than would have liked, Sam was extremely helpful throughout and kept us up to date with everything throughout the whole process. We have yet to move into the property so are yet to have any dealings with the maintenance company however we are hoping we won't need to speak them too much anyway. Overall so far so good, experience has been 10/10!
All I can say is that right from when I reserved my student property back in March 2017 with Maria the student lettings lady at the Hatfield office my experience with Raine and Co and The Management Office has been great. Maria and Charlie at the office made everything run so smoothly and the student you tube channel was so helpful in showing me what to do before we moved in. The Management Office are very efficient and when there has been a problem (like during the winter our boiler broke) they couldn't get someone out that day but came round with electric radiators for use. The boiler was fixed within 72 hours. You can report any problems through the website so it is really easy out of office hours. I have reserved another student house now for 2018-2019 and I am sure I will have the same good experience again. Thanks Raine and Co and The Management Office for being such a professional company.
