Absolutely horrendous!! Me and my house mates have been to hell and back with this place. They claim certain things have been done... when they havent. They dont reply to emails and if they do its a week or two late. If you call its always excuse after excuse. They are quick to get money out of your pocket for waste bins etc and your deposit at the end, but not helpful / there when you need them. Kings is a complete waste of time. They gave us a run down house which was falling apart. We moved out back in March and its now almost September. We have had no update, call or email to let us know what is being done about our deposit? We have been patient and waited but have heard nothing. We have tried emailing and contacting them, but they arnt interested. Soon I will be paying a visit myself. Dont go with this estate agent, its awful and you dont get your deposit back. They are quick to take money from you and the staff are very unorganised. The properties they own are run down, full of mould and disgustingly filthy. Very disappointed!!

its worst and horrible state agent i see in my life. not helpful not friendly they took our money for ref and never call for update. after 2 weeks they phoned us and said ref its reject for no reason . money as deposit no refunded to me and house i wanted to rent still available nearly 5 months witch its really strange . something defiantly wrong .....
We bought our new house and sold our old house, both through Kings, and they were magnificent. Within a week of putting our house on the market, it was sold, and we were given all the support we needed to buy the house we wanted. We couldn't have asked for anything more from them. They give a great, honest service. We will definitely use Kings again.
As first time buyers it really helps to have an estate agent that's out to help you! Our estate agent was on hand all the time and we saw our sale go through without any problems whatsoever! Would definitely recommend!
