Great gym to go to as is open 24/7. Lots of cardio and weight machines so if you know what you're doing and just want to get on with your workout, it's fantastic. There are instructors etc on site during the day but I've never had reason to interact with them so can't comment. The place is clean enough with all the facilities you could need but can get busy at times
Great Gym, good atmosphere, well air-conditioned kept clean. Good quality and plentiful equipment but parking can sometimes be a mare when it gets busy.

I like this gym because it's open 24 hours a day and you can get on with working out at any time. The equipment is very good
Always clean and tidy. Plenty of equipment and plenty of space. Membership is a very good price based on all others I've looked at and the free classes are brilliant
