Visited the gym on 1st Janurary and overall had a great experience. Staff were very friendly and efficient, and made us feel very welcome. There is a great range of equipment and the space is exceptionally clean and left in a good state. I especially loved the functional area with the TRX and the boxing equipment. Was not too busy at all and we were able to access all the equipment when we wanted. Would highly recommend!

Great place and certainly the best value gym in the area. The staff have also always been friendly and helpful, and there's a good selection of equipment. Overall couldn't fault it!
Absolutely amazing place! Great staff - friendly and knowledgeable - massive shout-out to Emma and Jake - great people with passion for fitness Emmas classes making miraculous things to your body in a past I have been a member of few other locals gym, but non of them had this positive vibe and great atmosphere! Super convenient location in town centre is an absolute plus!
Started gym in November 2017 after I signed up 3 months before without attending, James was really encouraging in trying out the gym which was really what I needed as I was didn't know what to do. James helped with planning out a nutrition & workout schedule which was worked, dropped 6kilos after. The classes are really great, different workouts depending on what your needs are (losing fat/gaining muscle) Great staff who are really supportive and they encourage you to keep going. I recommend this gym as I have seen results and now it's all eyes on getting stronger, healthier and a happy me. Thank you Energie Fitness
