Had a fault and needed a service on a Ricon wheelchair lift. Called them up and they were happy to fix it at their depot. When asked, they told me their prices beforehand, and that is what they charged. Staff were polite and friendly, excellent service. I will definately be using them again and would highly recommend them.

Really stressful time, was looking to install side rack in my luton van, had 1 staff work and got charged 2! 2 panel damaged, Very expensive and very poor customer service! Do not ever get close there, team work on pressure with angry Dog around!
Awful service! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD DETAILS! I called to come and have a technician look at fixing one of our tail lifts. Upon arrival they said they couldn't do it at our depot. Then we took it into branch and they suddenly quoted 1600. And From my previous experience for the work at hand it should've been around 600 to 700. So I politely declined, of which they then took 200 off my card! Now having to fight them through small claims. Steer clear!
