First visit was concern over an unidentified rattle - just dropped in off the street and they managed to fit me in the same day and sort it. Second visit was booked in for the MOT and of course the car wouldn't start that morningI! I contacted them and they went above and beyond to collect it for me and ensure it was fixed and of passing standard in my required timeframe - and there was zero attempt at price gouging even with all the extra effort that I had expected to be charged for! Similar experience for my husband car so definitely recommend and would use them again.
Great service. Been going to these guys for repairs for a good year or 2 and has not let me down.They were able to accommodated me at such short notice once again and told me to bring my car in that morning. They knew the problem instantly and was informed about the issues rigorously (clutch replacement). The prices were also good and seemed fair. Will strongly recommend going for these guys. Professional work.
PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL when dealing with this shop for 2 main reasons: if giving them a computer or laptop etc PLEASE be aware of the components of your device as they try to swap out your parts (e.g. the hard drive) for cheaper ones, and when you notice they simply say they forgot. The second reason is do not bother with refunds as they will rip their vocal chords before giving you a penny back, look very carefully at the positive reviews as they are fake (from friends/family etc) if you have absolutely NO OTHER OPTION then go to this shop, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AGAINST IT!

Quite happy with this garage, recommended by a local who used to be an engineer. They fitted me in for a service and MOT at short notice and advised me I didn't need supplementary work. A year later when I needed two new tyres they explained that I didn't strictly need all of them replaced for the MOT but would need them soon - valuable information as we were planning a drive to France, so I elected to replace them all. MOT was subsequently passed. After France the service indicator light came on - this had been overlooked during the service and was fixed with apologies.
