Pentagon are really fantastic. They have assisted me with two incidents for my partly brand new Audi A3 and both times they have delivered top service. If you have any issues with your Audi they will offer a good service and more if you need. They certainly handled the process with the other parties insurance exceptionally well for me which just made my life so much easier whilst having to deal with work. The staff are reasonable. They are completely transparent when communicating what they can do and what they wont do. No complaints from me 5 stars well deserved.
