Total disregard for patient confidentiality. They sent a letter about an appointment I had at a hospital to my previous address - even though I haven't lived there for 2 years and my records clearly showed my correct address.The Practice Manager said they never asked the Lister Hospital in Stevenage to make an appointment for me. This was written on a "Without Prejudice" letter - his feeble attempt to cover this up. Infact, later admitted they had.Receptionist is so rude. Chucks prescription at you without any eye contact. What a rude person.Recently I missed an appointment by 5 minutes - usually there is a wait. I said "f@@#ing hell". The receptionist made out I was swearing at her.Then on another visit this same receptionist spoke to me while chewing gum all the time and was very abrupt.Bloody awful surgery!
Temple of incompetence. If You really need help, You will suffer because this place.
Over the past few weeks I've been in and out of this place. I've seen about 3 different doctor's and spoke to several receptionists, everyone has been great to talk to in calming me down and helping.Thank you.
Some of the doctors are great some are not, and the receptionists are truly awful never answering the phone and the way they arrange appointments is bizarre. stay away!
