RED ALERT........RED ALERT.....at petrol station i was going to use the visa card debit pump. It came up as 99 pound so I went into the shop petrol one and she told me it's only a limit. You only pay for the petrol you put in.On my way out a young man stopped me and told me not to use tesco self petrol pumps as he was caught out. What they do they deduct 100 out of your bank account then deduct the petrol you use.But then it takes 4 days for the rest of your money to come through. So if I had used it on a friday afternoon and monday was a bank holiday for 20.00. Petrol. I wouldn't have had the other 80.pound back in my account till the following thursday or friday. Saturday and Sunday are not bank days.He told me he was caught out and the staff know about this but don't tell anyone and there is no sign up to say this.So after hearing that I got into the car and went to sainsburys.
