Its so horrible toilet facilities not properly clean. Even food counter without food coffees quality is so poor not enough food they have many choices like pizzas n jacket potato not available less staff on food counter they need to improve some service on food counter
A good store but not the best the entrances and exits are always packed with people coming and going the wrong way and also the shelves are empty a lot of the time, it is always busy but the people who work there are very friendly and efficient and always apologise when you have had to wait. Its a good shop for a few bits and pieces and the prices are very good.
I will only give 3 stars as i went to shop i bought food got to the doughnuts and great 2 packets BUT asda have put them up to 65p instead of 50p, its not the price its the PRINCIPLE WOW VERY WRONG also the other product i wanted was all out of stock and another WOW
The tidiness and cleanliness of the place and the politeness of the staff is just a mere reflection of how tidy and clean the surrounding town of Hatfield is - not to talk about the manners of the Hatfield inhabitants
Standards in this store are poor, lots of cardboard just left on shelves, product stacked above levels on cold chain. but scan and go was easy to use, better get used to this folks, self scan and scan and go will replace people on tills.
