Rude Unhelpful Useless. absolute disgrace I was told to go to a main post office for a new card, colney heath did it instead why are u a post office?
Incompetent staff, unable to complete a simple transaction and often refuse to give proof of postage. Stop serving customers mid transaction to serve other customers buying food from the shop section. USELESS.
Totally agree clueless,simple postage enquiry needed, tried to send me away and said it can't be done had to tell him how/what to do.
