I've used JPS before and woke up to a boiler leak this morning. Although James was unavailable to help as he was already busy on other urgent jobs, he did take the time to help diagnose the problem and help me get the boiler isolated using photos of my boiler pipework. He then gave me some advice on who to use for an emergency callout repair. Service over and above I would say. Will definitely be my first point of call for any plumbing jobs.
How refreshing to get someone who is honest, genuinely helpful and knows exactly what he was doing. Came out to my house the same day, left everything tidy and working!
