We went in to Pets at home to buy some fish. We went over to the tanks to find most of then were either dead or dieing. It was horrible and we took out business else where. The small animal care wasn't the worst I have seen but could be improved. I would not recommend to a friend and also warned a friend not to purchase from your store.

Always friendly and helpful, had to use the in-house Vets4Pets which is really useful, would always go here for anything pet related.
My wife and I went in to look for a new winter coat for our dog as it's starting to get colder, the layout of the store is fairly simple to navigate round. I was however a bit disappointed when we found the section we needed as the stock had just been left out with no real organisation, this meant we spent quite some time trying to find what we wanted. They didn't have it in stock! We could have saved done time if the rails were better organised and stocked. But I still like coming to the store as the staff are helpful and there's a good selection of products.
Fair amount of small pets and very good collection of pet products available. Not the friendliest staff. If you ask for advice/opinion, always say what they taught to say.
