Great little museum, with very passionate volunteers. It is fairly small, so it's just for a shout trip in the winter, but still interesting. There are some nice grounds and they have tea/cake and ice cream stand, so you could spend longer there in the nicer weather.
Small but lovely place with friendly staff who go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Interesting and educational, with a large functional water mill. Definitely recommended!
Excellent local museum. Visit when the mill is working, brilliant, or when they have special events and exhibitions, sometimes outside in the good weather. Nice tea shop too.
Lovely little Museum. My friend had her amazing art exhibition there. The museum is so wonderful to see a active mill. You can buy the flour there, and is tasty. Really lovely day for kids& grown ups. Lovely little tea room great cakes! There is outside space to sit too. Highly recommend.
An interesting place, especially on the heritage open day as the archives were open and local artefacts on display. The mill itself is a great example with informed people milling around milling. A walk in the gardens is also a nice addition to a visit.
