Ordered tickets online, 3adults and 1 child, easy to collect tickets at self service in foyer. Paid for premium seats, never again, so uncomfortable, the price for small bottle of water, 3 slush puppies and a couple of bags of sweets came to over 22. 3 stars for uncomfortable seats and over inflated prices.
Cinema like every other, but stuff that works there is very good, very nice! Always satisfied
The recliner seats are a hit. Very comfy. Staff were friendly & facilities clean & tidy!
If you manage to find a movie worth watching these days definitely go here. It's so easy and compact with no huge entrances or a spectacular foyer. I like the simplicity. You'll know what I mean.
Really good experience but there are better seat options in Stevenage. That said, the staff are diligent and honest... Demonstrated by putting my wallet aside when I lost it during a screening, even the cash was still in it...
