Dire ! I'll never go back, poor service, sat in a draft from the constantly open door, cold incorrect food delivered, three of us had finished our mains before the fourth arrived and then it was wrong. The only thing that came correct was the pricey lager. Never again.
Have to say 5 stars:always found us a table,food cooked to perfection and friendly staff.Definitely recommended for those visting Galleria.
We were well looked after & were served quickly. Lovely food. Charming staff who were very helpful. Will be certainly returning to eat there.
Really good food and service. Busy which is a good sign for a Sunday. I said l would never go back to a harvester after being served with cold food in my local Harvester but will pop in to Hatfield next time visiting Grandson at Uni.
I would like to say a huge thank you to our waiter Craig , he was polite and helpful and has fantastic people skills , he made my daughters birthday meal a pleasure , speaking to the kids at there level and us all with care, went the extra mile to suprise my daughter with candles in her pudding which was his suggestion I couldn't be happier with the service and he is a huge credit to your team. The food was quick service and no problems tasted amazing so thanks for an overall great evening
