Love this place. good fish and chip shop been in Hatfield town since i can remember and the people are welcoming.

All staff I spoke to had terrible attitudes towards customer service, I have never seen such appaling customer service, no "good" tasting food could make up for that! I experienced various name calling and sarcasm from staff, being left unattended on the phone for long periods of time while the managers son made remarks which attaked my personal character, just a complete disregard for any customer service. Giving this "resturant" one star! is a stretch but needed to in order to post this review I will be escalating this complaint !
A lot cleaner and has good food. The cooking has improved and food is well served.
