As you walk around the stable yard in awe, entering the beautifully lit Villandry room. The beautiful display cabinets and presentation of the shop, displaying the history of photos and certificates for the Royal Warrant, this really is an organisation to be proud purchasing from. For me, knowing why I want to purchase from an organisation, as opposed to just purchasing a product, is vital. I met Kim last week in the shop, I got to know more about Fiona and her organisation and the 'why' behind Fiona's organisation, which makes the whole experience more enduring when spending hard earned money.
