Great palace for home electrical items, staff very knowledgeable and helpful. My daughters oven door blew up in the afternoon on Saturday 22nd Dec 2018 and she was beside herself as she had a group of friends arriving for pre-Xmas lunch on the Sunday. We went down to see David, the owner of the shop, and explained what happened. He offered to get any oven we chose delivered and fitted by next Thursday/Friday just after Xmas. However he had a few in store on display, we were happy to have a great specification AEG oven that he had. He said he would get it to us by 5.30 that evening and promptly turned up himself at just after 5pm. This allowed us to get it to my daughters and fitted Sunday Morning and her lunch to go ahead as planned. Thanks Young's for all you help and advice. We will be back..

Excellent service from a local store. My fridge freezer died and within 2 hours I had a new one bought and delivered on a weekend! The big high street and online stores promise same day delivery, but actually don't so this store really saved the day. Friendly and helpful.
