I was absolutely terrified of the dentist. Pathetic, as I am 50 years old!! I was shaking and hyperventilating the first time I crawled in ( and with all honesty, if it wasn't for my brother walking me in, I would have been ). Karen was amazing. Only took me as far as I was comfortable, like laying back in the chair, without any treatment. She was absolutely wonderful. If I was comfortable doing anything else she was so gentle, and, if I said I couldn't do any more, she immediately stopped . I never once felt an injection, and the extraction I had done, well, I didn't feel that either!!!! I can not recommend a better dentist and her team highly enough. Thank you ladies xx
Although this appointment was only for a check-up, as usual it was very thorough & gave me further help regarding dental hygiene. The dentist suggested a smaller "spot" brush to get at a difficult place & using a different type of floss which I can already feel is doing the trick. Many thanks - the hygiene advice I've received since joining this practice has helped me greatly & most was totally new to me! It is well worth the minor extra effort.

Karen and her team are fab. I have been put my faith in Karen and her team for over over 15 years - even preferring to travel 100 miles for my 6-monthly check ups, rather than find another dentist. Karen really does cater for cowards. She and her team stepped me through a decision to have a surgical implant, managed my anxieties post and during surgery (and let me choose the music to listen to!); and gave patient centered after care, including friendly and informative 'check-in' phone calls and texts, which I still rave about today. Karen is an absolute professional and the technology she uses and continuing professional development she undertakes to ensure her patients receive the best level of (pain free) care is impressive. Great work, team!
Always very professional and value for money. Very good at managing time so that you do not have to wait long. And when your are in the chair, there is no urgency, but instead time is taken to ensure that your teeth get the best treatment.
