Mario came to template our area yesterday & was simply amazing! Not only did he spot a serious error the Builder had made, he was helpful, meticulous and even waited to explain the problem to the builder; simply superb service. Thank you very much!

The reason I have given my score is lack of communication on the company's behalf. Charley was absolutely brilliant and very informative she has been extremely helpful. The gentleman that came to do the cut out/stencil he was fantastic. However once you buy/pay for your product the service definitely goes downhill. Actually service, there is no element of good service. To be left without a sink for 2 weeks when you have to keep on asking what is going to happen due to no one being in touch with myself. I was told someone will call me after the bank holiday when no one has, then to be given one worded answers by the person that I was speaking to was absolutely appalling. The person that I had spoken to said she has sent an email which I kept mentioning I definitely haven't received it, only to find out they have been sending confirmation emails to the wrong email address. I was then sent it to my email address, which I replied back to her confirming everything is alright so that I can get a date booked in for the installation however again no response. I then had to call back again to find out a day later as to why I haven't had a response or if anyone is going to come and actually ever going to fit the top. I then got told it's because the lady is on sick leave, however if that was the case then I don't understand why other people can't pick up on emails so there are no delays for customers. Two mistakes were made which could be made by anyone however I was made to feel as though I am the one who should be left feeling guilty, especially when I feel like I keep bothering The Marble Group by keep having to phone them. The bottom line is I haven't spent pennies on my product but thousands, however they just didn't deliver on service whatsoever as a reputable company.
