I Booked a Van for a one day van Hire , the rental was reasonable the Vauxhall Vivaro was a medium size van and brand new only just arrived at the rental outlet that morning Excellent service , Friendly Helpful staff.

Arrived to collect a courtesy car as per instructions from my insurance company. Greeted well but I felt pressured into purchasing a insurance protection policy against scratches,dents and chips. I did not Purchase this but had to reject the product 5 times and then on the last attempt the insurance product dropped from 10.99 to 6.00. I feel uncomfortable driving the courtesy car as I was told should I get any damage on the car whether its a chip on the windscreen, scratch or dent I would be Liable to pay 650 per issue. After noticing a few issues with the car I highlighted these to the Intern, I was told that these issues are fine and wouldn't need noting down on handover as they are small issues. I hope this is not a tack-tick to try and charge me on return of your car.
