People who work there are very rude! I asked information about football.shoes and he was very rude. I asked to show me which shoes are available size 9 and he just said me we dont have size 9!! How is it possible ?? very very rude guys. And the girl on the till as well. the blond one! no thanks, hi, nothing. So unprofessional!!
Good place to shop but need more space as it is too conjusted.
A good selection of sportswear at reasonable prices. However you have to be careful to pick up the right size as more often than not they are not displayed correctly.Customer service is a challenging experience and prepare to wait for a considerable time for service in the shoe section.
nobody answers the phone at all!! can't speak to anyone. just bought something with the wrong size. trying to change it and refund with no success. :( Another bad review for sports direct.
