We went to the restaurant for my grandad's bday and the food was good. However, it took them almost 2 hours to get the starters, which was a let down. The same thing happened with the main course as well. It took the restaurant ages to get the food out of the kitchen. Considering the restaurant wasn't at the full capacity, the waiting time seemed pretty long. We enjoyed the starters more than the mains. Roti and paranthas were not very great!

Very speedy service.Spice level of same dish can vary depending on the chef on shift. Worth the extra bit of money.Great for takeaway/delivery options.Very happy to box up your leftovers if you order too much.
Amazing food and amazing service! The food is delicious, fresh and authentic. I love the clear window that allows you to see the cooks in action! Staff are so lovely, and would always customise our meals at our request. They even gave out a few extra cheeky chocolates with our bill when they overheard us say how much we love mint chocolate. Ive been here countless times, and even now living away from England, I still think about Turans food.

Absolutely Unhygienic... Found hair in my food.. further staff and managers are so rude they find it's perfectly ok find hair in food as chef is human with hair on his body. Go for this restaurant if you want to spoil your evening. I suggest to stay away from it.
